Kelompok Studi OpenBSD UGM is a combined group of BSD enthusiasts and professionals in Indonesia. The name means BSD Berkeley Software Distribution, and designates a series of Unix variants developed by the University of Berkeley, including the PDP-11 and modified for PC known as 386BSD. The characteristic of this group is that it devotes their research to try to improve the Linux operating system and develop the open BSD. They make public all their publications and all their advances, and are constantly looking to expand their group to recruit members also competent and interested in the open BSD.
